Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Fittings

Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Fittings are essential components used in piping systems to change direction, branch off, or adjust the diameter of pipes. These fittings are joined to the piping system through a butt-welding process, which ensures a strong and seamless connection. The installation and maintenance of these fittings are straightforward, making them a preferred choice in various applications.

Our offerings extend beyond just stainless-steel fittings; we also provide alloy steel and special alloys, including ASTM A234 WP5, WP11, WP12, WP91, as well as nickel alloys such as C276, alloy 625, and Monel 400.

We manufacture and supply stainless steel butt-weld fittings according to standards like ASME B16.9 and EN10253-4/-3. Our product range includes:

01

Stainless Steel Elbows

For changing pipe direction

02

Equal and Reducing Tees

For branching and connecting pipes of different sizes

03

Concentric and Eccentric Reducers

For changing pipe diameters

04

Stainless Steel Caps

For closing the end of pipes

05

Stainless Steel Stub Ends

for connecting flanges

Additionally, we produce stainless steel butt-weld fittings in compliance with ISO 05251, GOST 17380/17378/17375/17376/17379, and JIS standards, among others

Forged Fittings – Threaded and Socket-Weld Fittings

images.jpeg

Forged fittings, also known as high-pressure pipe fittings, are made from forged steel and are designed for high-pressure piping connections. These fittings include threaded fittings (NPT fittings) and socket-weld fittings (SW fittings), and they come in various types, such as elbows, tees, couplings, plugs, unions, swage nipples, and outlet branch fittings.

According to ASME B16.11, these fittings are available in sizes up to NPS 4 inches, due to their threaded and socket-weld connections. For larger diameters, we offer customized manufacturing based on specific drawings.

Since 2007, Yash pipe fitting & Co.has been providing high-quality forged fittings for industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, offshore, and shipbuilding.

We offer forged fittings in a range of materials, including

Stainless Steel

304/304L, 316/316L, 316Ti, 321, 321H, 347H, 317L, 310S, 904L, 254 SMO (A182 F44)

Duplex and Super Duplex Steel

Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507

Nickel Alloys

Monel 400, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 600, 625, 800H, 825

We also supply fittings in carbon and alloy steels such as ASTM A105, A182 F5 /F9 /F11 /F22 /F91, A350 LF2 / LF3, and comply with standards like ASME B16.11, BS 3799, and more. Additionally, we accept custom forging based on client designs and specifications.

Socket-Weld Fittings

Socket-weld fittings, often referred to as SW fittings, are high-pressure forged pipe fittings used in a variety of piping systems. These fittings feature a recessed area where a pipe is inserted before being welded into place. Unlike butt-weld fittings, socket-weld fittings are typically used for smaller diameter pipes but are designed to handle high-pressure applications. Their construction ensures high leakage integrity and robust structural strength, making them ideal for critical design considerations.

Yash Pipe Fitting & Co.offers a comprehensive range of socket-weld fittings adhering to standards such as ASME B16.11, BS3799, and JIS2316. Our fittings are available in various materials, including stainless steel, duplex steel, carbon steel, low-temperature alloys, and nickel-based alloys.
